We want you to succeed

If any service or product we have produced for you isn’t performing at the level you had hoped, please contact your account manager to discuss it. We can help you debug your marketing activities to help get things on track for you. We also strongly encourage you to take advantage of MyTools, our web-based marketing app that will assist you in aligning your marketing efforts and getting maximum benefit from your marketing assets.

But if it’s not working out…

We understand that sometimes the chemistry between a service provider and a client just isn’t there. We don’t want to you feel stuck in a business relationship where you’re not totally happy. So we promise if you let us know you want to break things off, we will part on good terms. We understand—and wish you the best of luck!

As far as refunds are concerned, we provide full refunds in certain cases, based on what stage your project is in.

When you pay us to build a marketing asset for you (logo, website, marketing email, etc.), you are not only paying us for the final finished product, but also for our time, work, research, experience and expertise. Therefore, once we have started working on a project and have invested our resources into it, we are not able to provide a refund.

However, if you change your mind about any service you have paid for before we start work on it, we will refund the full amount you have paid for that service. If the refunded service was part of a discounted package or bundle, dropping the service may invalidate the discount and you may be required to pay full price for the other services originally included in the package/bundle.

For MyTools, we offer a full refund—no hassle, no questions asked—if you change your mind anytime during the first 30 days of your subscription.
