We present as much information as possible about the value of our company to impress them and get them to want to do business with us.

They see content that we know directly addresses the needs and problems for which they are seeking solutions. It’s focused on them and their needs and doesn’t talk too much about us as a company.

There isn’t much organization or focus – it’s just a bunch of information we hope they will be interested in. We haven’t done much planning or research into what prospects are looking for and what they want to see on our website.

How much have you researched search terms (“keywords”) that your prospects are searching for online and aligned your website content with these search terms?(Required)

We haven’t really done any research into keywords and/or haven’t optimized our website to attract prospects with any specific search terms.

We have some idea of the keywords our prospects are searching for and have somewhat aligned our website pages with these search terms.

We’ve done extensive keyword research and optimized each of our web pages to align with the keywords that we know will attract the best prospects to our website.

Very little – not enough to make any difference in our business.

Some, but not enough to get a sufficient amount of sales. We could definitely use more traffic.

A lot, but it doesn’t seem to be good quality traffic that does much for our business (i.e. it doesn’t have much potential to boost sales).

It’s not very intuitive and typically takes many clicks for a visitor to find the content they’re looking for.

It’s a little bit cumbersome and occasionally people have some difficulty finding what they need, but overall they are usually able to eventually find what they’re looking for.

Visitors are able to quickly and easily find exactly what they’re looking for and never get disoriented or lost on our website.

Does your website display well on all screen sizes, including the wide screens of desktop/laptop computers, medium-sized screens of tablets, and small screens on smart phones?(Required)

It displays well on one screen size and does not adjust to other sizes.

It does somewhat adjust to various screen sizes, but it’s easiest to use on desktop/laptop screens.

It looks great on all screen sizes and is easy to read and navigate even on the smallest screens.

Our website isn’t designed with any particular flow in mind. It’s mainly a conglomeration of information for visitors to browse through in any manner they desire.

There’s a general intended flow through our website for visitors, but it’s loosely defined and our visitors are encouraged to explore on their own throughout the website.

We direct them through a carefully planned sequence of content designed to take them on an engaging journey that guides them toward becoming interested leads and eventually sales.

The content on our website is designed mainly to showcase our company, our products/services, and the amazing things we do. There aren’t many tools and resources intended for direct use by our customers and prospects.

Most of the content on our website is specifically designed to appeal to our target audience and be useful to them. Our website is a valuable resource that our customers and prospects utilize.

We have well-written and persuasive web pages dedicated to presenting our products/services. No, we don’t have any way for people to order our products/services from our website (or any linked third-party website).
